We invite high caliber candidate to join our top management team with the following major responsibilities:



  • To work with leaders in the welfare and government sectors to identify welfare service needs and priorities, as well as services and policies responses, that are contributive to long term social welfare development.
  • To promote and develop pioneering services, and to enhance cross-service and multi-disciplinary collaboration in meeting community needs.
  • To review service delivery models and promote quality improvement; facilitate and support agency members to share and adopt good practices to create positive social impact and scale up service excellence.
  • To enhance manpower development of the sector; and promote exchanges with overseas welfare sector.



Degree or post-graduate qualification in social work.  At least 10 years of post qualification experience in relevant senior management position in the welfare sector.  A dynamic and mature team player with strategic foresight, strong and effective leadership, highly motivated and sound experience in NGOs management and networks in local context, excellent communication skills are required. 


5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
