Project Assistant (Ref No: HKCSS/080/2018)

1-year renewable contract



  • Assist in the administration of various grant schemes and capacity building programmes for social enterprises (SE) and social innovation projects.
  • Assist in the liaison with different stakeholders including grantees, government officials, funders, as well as business partners throughout the incubation process and consultancy period.
  • Handle the administrative duties of the Centre and a Social Enterprise Lifestyle Hub.
  • Handle general enquires about the Centre's support programmes.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned



  • HKCEE/DSE equivalent or diploma holder with at least 2 years of working experience. University graduate preferred.
  • Work or internship experience in social enterprise / NGO a definite advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detailed mind and analytical thinking.
  • A team player with good inter-personal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in written English & Chinese with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications. 



5-day work per week.  15-day leave annually.
