Policy Seminar on ‘Primary Healthcare in Hong Kong: Retrospect and Prospects

Policy Bulletin Issue 23, ‘Primary Healthcare in Hong Kong: Retrospect and Prospects’, invited professionals from diverse backgrounds to reflect on problems of primary healthcare system and the possible ways out, with particular reference to the idea of social-medical collaboration. 

Along the theme, our Council is going to organize a policy seminar on ‘Primary Healthcare in Hong Kong: Retrospect and Prospects’ to stimulate discussion in the sector and with stakeholders who are concerned about primary healthcare development in Hong Kong. We have invited representatives from Health in Action and Sai Kung District Community Centre to share experiences and observations, based on their primary healthcare services at the community level, and views on cross-professional, cross-disciplinary and community-based services. Meanwhile, they will discuss with participants the development of primary healthcare in Hong Kong and our roles in it. Below are event details:
