Focus ONE: Government
has pledged to conduct Welfare Planning & a comprehensive
review of the Lump Sum Grant Funding Model. HKCSS
to leverage on these opportunities to foster strategic
welfare development.
1.1 Build HKCSS position to be the spokesperson & engagement
platform to define the scope and issues of welfare
for action in the next 5 years.
