BUSINESS PLAN 2005/06

The Council has reaffirmed its positioning, value and mission in promoting social welfare and sustainable social development in Hong Kong. The planning year 2005-06 marks the beginning of another three-year cycle for the formulation of the strategic plan of the Council for 2005-08. A three-year Strategic Directions were developed in the end of 2004 to focus the Council's efforts in effecting changes in societal, sectoral and organizational levels in the years 2005-08. Following these Strategic Directions, four Corporate Priorities are selected for the year 2005-06, in response to the critical issues identified. Key Initiatives are identified for each of the Corporate Priorities to be achieved in the year to deliver specified Outcomes.
