The Hong Kong Council of Social Service is a non-profit social service organization. The Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, under its management, has an Auditorium and 4 function rooms suitable for activities such as seminars, workshops and small-scale exhibitions. The Building is situated at a convenient location, easily accessed by transportation, such as the nearby MTR Station.
