Mr. Y.F. HUI, OBE, JP

Director (1968-2001)

Mr. HUI had been serving the Council for 33 years, served as the Director since 1973. Under his leadership, the Council has been actively involved in social welfare affairs in local and international community. He was the President of the International Council on Social Welfare in 1980. In 1985, he was elected member of Legislative Council. In 1991, he was member of both the Legislative Council and Executive Council, having immense impact on the improvement of livelihood and social welfare development.
