Chairperson (1985-88)

On the 40th Anniversary of the Council, Prof. Nelson CHOW facilitated the Council to review the development of social welfare and conduct service planning to meet the service needs after 1997. Territory-wide public education campaign was also launched to promote the services and roles of NGOs.
